EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not able to edit orders after they have been submitted. This means that if you order something in a certain size by mistake, we will not be able to change it to another size as stock is extremely limited. All sales are final.

ERROR POLICY

When ordering you are accepting the fact that every detail required by the store is final & correct. SILENCENOISE will be held accountable in case of any internal errors & unexpected delays may arise in the timeframe of purchasing the product, but, if the error it's on your side, we are not to be held accountable for it. DUTY TAX POLICY

All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country for import/export packages.
